This update is generally done manually by the user following the instructions in the INSTALLATION section. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- NOTES It is HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED to directly update a production Evolution system with the project already running at the final installation site, as the project may very well stop working as expected. Is is recommended to do the update in another second Evolution system, and once we are sure that everything works as is expected to import the project again in the final Evolution system. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- LIMITATIONS This update package is only compatible with Evolution system that meet: - Java 1.6 or higher - 64-bit operating system The update package verifies that these conditions are met before updating the device. See INSTALLATION section for more details. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- CHANGES IN THIS RELEASE - All flash components have been replaced by HTML5 elements in the Visualization modules. - The editor is no longer in flash but now it is a AIR application that you need to install. - SWF image files are not supported. All *.swf images of styles will be automatically replaced by the correct new .png or .gif image files with this update. Custom images must be replaced by the user. - Several visual elements will be not available anymore. • RSS • Gallery • Switch Stair Cases • Switch Delay - Windows Element cannot scale its content anymore, so you have to adapt the pages to the size of the window that will contain it. - Windows doesn't maintain last position. Next time you open will be in a default location decided in the link element. - Navigator element has not browser button bar anymore. For create a back button, it is necesary to add a link element with the CBSEFunction HistoryBack. - Date and Time elements now are not working in the same way. They need a process point to work. It is necesary to link with the time or date that they are desired to represent. It is necesary to create a process point of the _SYSTEM.DATE and _SYSTEM.TIME and connect the process points to all elements. If a process point is not linked, the client time will be displayed. - Annual schedule is not available any more in the visualization. Only in editor. All other modules are now available in HTML. - Smartmetering Loads control is not available is thie version, in future updates they will be implemented. - Now is not possible to open a window and this window change the content of a frame. If the name is the same, the page will be opened in the same page. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- INSTALLATION 1. Open a web navigator 2. Enter the address: - Virtual machine with NAT: http://localhost:28181/upload.php - Other cases: http://:8181/upload.php 3. Enter the user and password. If the username and password are not known, se the product manual or contact with Futurasmus. 4. Press "Select file" button and search the update package file. 5. Press "INSTALL" button. Installation will begin. - The installation process can take several minutes. Do not close the browser tab or your Evolution system until you have finished. - If the system does not have the required previous version installed, the installation will be canceled. - If the system does not meet the conditions in the LIMITATIONS section, the following message will appear and the installation will be canceled. *************************************************** ** ** ** ** ** YOUR HARDWARE IS NOT COMPATIBLE! ** ** ** ** ** *************************************************** 6.
